Yes, I know it’s been ages since I last posted.
I am however, thankful that:
- I have enough experience with Photoshop (at least 9 years) to be able to have presentable photos
- I have my own touch in photography that people appreciate
- Stephanie – my wife, my family, and friends are supporting me on my photography endeavor
- I am able to manage through my classes with Bs
Anyway, so I just went to my very first photoshoot! Check out the “preview” at My Picasa Photo Site, I will be posting these photos to My Wife Tep’s pBase galleries later on when I complete several projects. I currently need to prepare about 800 photos. When I say prepare, these are the post production edits that I deemed necessary (repair vignetting, color saturation, color contrast, bw, sepia, etc. etc.).
I am so excited about the flash Tep & I bought. It’s a Nikon SB-800, as well as a Gary Fong Lightsphere II Cloud. Just need to master the use of manual settings and bounce. Yiha!
I also bought two books regarding photography – a field guide and family photography. Now I have three books. I am almost done with the first book, and on top of the BN books I’ve read before—including Nude photography, I can safely say that I have incorporated their tips on to my photography style.
I am getting closer and closer to commit to photograph that wedding in February!
