Woohoo. Fitness Creepness Here I Come!

I did:
I power walked with a 20lb bag for 1.5 miles.
I jogged with the same bag for about .5 miles.
Powerwalked again for a mile.
Did 30 feet sprints uphill, downhill and so on for about 20 mins--with the bag.
Sunday, 7/30/06 - 00:00 to 02:00
4 rounds of bowling with a 16lb ball
Sunday, 7/30/06 - 19:20-21:00
1 mile walk from my mom's house to my sister's (about 20 mins)
7 push-ups
8 half push ups
15 sit-ups
15 whatever you call it
15 whatever you call it
2 laps in the 15 ft pool
Today:
I'm sore as hell. Can't even walk decently.

i just realized that there are a lot of things i didn't published online. I looked at my six blogger account and none of them has any post on something I knew I wrote about. I also checked my offline journals. It might be in my paper journals... I know I wrote a lot in it. (8 journals, only 1 got filled completely).

i need to sleep.
i slept around 4am today... woke up in misery around 10am.
yeah, tep woke me up around 7:30am, i managed to reply to her text message shortly after that, but my eyes were burning and my neck was hurting a lot.
yeah, i know, i need sleep.
blah blah blah.
nobody seems to be interested in my story, oh well, keep on writing, even if nobody wants to read it.

I got a good kick this morning.
lol.
I was dropping off my brother Ombet at his work. He told me he was still sleepy and he needed coffee. We decided to drop by Diedrich Coffee.
On our way in, being a guy who wanted to be a gentle-ass, I opened the door for a lady. We went in and waited in line. We ordered our coffee.
The same lady said, "here." and gave me a dollar, with the look of i-don't-know-what-this-is-about she continued, "it's unfair that you opened the door for me and I went ahead of the line."
Me and kuya Ombet laughed at it. We got our order and I told kuya that I felt so insulted.
He looked at it another way, "she might be thinking that you're a kid and was impressed by what you did."
So the conversation went on:
"Yeah, I guess. I should be flattered, right?" was my reply.
"Or she might have been thinking that the coffee's on her?" K.O. continued.
"Naa, let's leave it at the high schooler thing... who smokes."
We just laughed at it and told me to let it go at that instead of feeling insulted.
In such a long time, I never felt like a 12 year old again. haha.

Too lazy to update my blog,
With an original structure of 30 words, my story is now 8,450 words long (ahhh, thank God for MS word's word count), I don't know how the words were counted, but it's about 29 pages at 9 pt bookman old style.
I need to put some more factual information in it. It doesn't have enough content for it to qualify to anyone's taste. Oh well, we'll see.
