it was a difficult and tiring week.
i made use of my monday for clean up day. i basically washed my car and actually get around and waxed it. still feeling tired from the week prior i slept earlier than usual (five hours earlier!!!). at around midnight, i woke up to some creepy sound coming off from one of tep's family's bags. it was some sort of an alarm clock with a creepy voice coming out of it. it goes something like "it's 12 midnight, cock-a-doodle-doo. it's 12 midnight, cock-a-doodle-doo. " i took a good half hour before i was able to sleep right back.
on tuesday, i confined myself to my car by turning my radio off and closing the windows while i headed off to work. after work, i headed off to school and just went to my class.
at around 8:30pm, i went home, my class ended its lab. I went to her place, but she was really busy with their moving. you know, phone call with directv, packing her stuff, etc. i went home close to 10pm, i ate dinner with my family and kuya joey was telling us about a possible business.
"it's 12 midnight, cock-a-doodle-doo. it's 12 midnight, cock-a-doodle-doo. " i woke up again at midnight. i tried checking the bags out to see where it was coming from. the sound ended. at around 2am, i fell back to sleep.
Come Wednesday Morning, i woke up cracking up from the dream i just had. i dreamed about us having a part at home, and with a certain friend in it. he was being his usual self, cocky, you know, the normal guy we usually talk to. after the supposedly party, he left and kuya joey sold about $20k in merchandise to that friend.
i stood up from bed and i checked my email and found an email from my prof for cis.
-class has been cancelled, and i have dropped all of you from enrollment so you can take other classes
i took a shower feeling a bit down from this and just headed off to work... again with my stereo off and windows closed.
routinely, i went to school, ran to my class and right after ran to my other class then went home. i went to tep's place and stayed there for a few mins then i headed off home--didn't wait for Lost. i got home and ate dinner.
i went to my computer and check the classes I can take for Tuesday in place of the cancelled class. to my disappointment, there was no other class I can take in place of that.
i said my good night to tep and slept the night away... except:
"it's 12 midnight, cock-a-doodle-doo. it's 12 midnight, cock-a-doodle-doo. " i woke up at midnight again, and hurrying up to try to find it before it stops making a sound. i was not able to find it...again. i fell asleep at around 1:30am.
thursday morning... a very so so day. nothing unusual except that i was passed the ball in membership issues. i stayed at work until 5:30 to ensure that what i did went on pretty well.
i went to my class, and ran from parking lot to classroom... on the third floor, half a mile away from parking lot.
i went home and ate dinner with my family. i went to sleep early again. except at midnight... still did not find the darn thing. i fell asleep at around 3am.
friday morning, i woke up still remembering the voice of my lola. this was the second time i dreamed about her asking me the same question. it was a long conversation with my lola and it ended with the question, "kelan ka magpapakasal?"
i started my morning by waiting for the coffee maker to make coffee. i took coffee and took my shower, i went to work afterwards.
i arrived work feeling ridiculously down. i was a bit enlighted and uplifted when i saw that my cube was decorated with birthday stuff. i felt good for awhile.
we went through the DAVE celebration. as i frantically called and tried to get out of my boss' boat. i couldn't. the dock was already too far. i tried calling and explaining to tep that i didn't know about the boat leaving... throughout the celebration, i was feeling depressed and i tried alcohol to numb it a little.
when the boat went back to the dock, i left and headed off straight to bellflower, where tep and her family moved.
at around 4pm, i was sweating heavily from helping ricky (tep's dad) unload stuff from the big u-haul truck they rented. when we finished unloading, Ricky left to return the truck. whilst waiting for tep to get there, and for ricky and linda (tep's mom) to come, i continued where Ricky and I left off... cleaning. i used a shovel to get the dust out... i didn't have a dustpan with me.
the family arrived with some food from yoshinoya, and we hurriedly ate.
tep and i went to 99cent store close to their old place.
at 99 cents, i felt my body heat rapidly increasing. tep had her hand on my neck and told me that i had a fever.
we went to their old place and i helped her brought some more stuff. we headed back to bellflower.
i went home feeling dizzy. i drank a cup of theraflu to help the relief for my fever.
kuya joey and mama arrives with the 42 inch tv they bought. i think it was around $2000. we ate dinner and i helped them move the tv inside. i set up the tv as fast as i could.
i slept early and didn't know about it until: "it's 12 midnight, cock-a-doodle-doo. it's 12 midnight, cock-a-doodle-doo." i stood up from my naked sleep and attempted to look for the alarm clock again.
saturday, i woke up from tep's phone call at around 8:45am. she wanted me to get to her place. i stood up still wobble and dizzy, felt like as if i was really drunk the previous night. i stood up washed my face, brushed my teeth and gathered the tools i needed for them. i started taking apart their computer table so i can bring that to them. she called again, telling me to leave the table alone and head to her place. i changed my clothes and got a phone call from linda. she asked me to get breakfast from mcdonalds. i put the plastic crate on my car and drove off towards mcdonalds at around 9:15.
i saw mcdonalds with an absurdly long drive through line. i checked ihop to see how long it takes for them to make breakfast. ten minutes was their reply. so i bought from them.
i arrived at lakewood at around 10. and brought the breakfast. tep already left and paolo was there with them. i miscalculated the number of people (since i forgot that paolo would be joining and john later on joined us too). linda and ricky shared an order.
john arrived shortly as i installed a replacement screen on the window. we helped gather the stuff to uhaul and shortly before noon, we arrived at bellflower. linda and paolo passed by church's to get chicken for lunch.
we helped unloaded the stuff and at around noon, i left for food for less. i bought about $50 worth of alcohol and about $20 worth of meat. haha. i went home and unloaded those stuff only to find out that my dad left.
i was supposed to borrow his suv. but oh well. i took all their stuff from my room and packed all of them in my car. i left the computer table since i wouldn't be able to load that. shortly after 3, i drove back to bellflower and received assistance from paolo and tep in unloading the stuff in my car.
i left their house and arrived home. bong arrived shortly with a chocolate cake (temptingly dangerous). kuya joey and i figured out how to make use of the tv to its fullest potential. instead of the normal coaxial cables, i replaced it with the s-video cord and the separate stereo lines. i installed the dvd as well. i helped my mom do some stuff before i took a shower. after taking a shower and dressing up. i headed off to rosalynne's to get the table they were lending.
i went back and helped set the table for the guests.
tep and her family arrived a few minutes later just before the big fight.
teresa and rebecca, the pregnant women arrives. as my mom and my aunt rosa talked to them about pregnancy. my aunt says, "ang pagbuntis talagang makatakod!" as my eyes grew wider trying to move tep out of teresa and rebecca's way. haha.
the fight starts and sheena with brian/bf and rachelle arrived shortly. i ushered them in asking them to eat.
the match, pacquiao and morales was really intense. everyone's attention was right on the TV.
pacquiao wins the match. everyone celebrates. tep went to my room and sleeps. i guess she was really tired. i entertained the guests by making them do stuff (i can get away with it by pretending to be drunk right? haha). i asked john and kristine to smooch, same for brian and sheena (they never did, but oh well.)
at around midnight, sheena, rachelle and brian left. i joined rosalynne, mom, auntie rosa, ate edith and kuya gakie with their discussion about the old times. kuya gakie was making fun of auntie rosa with her supposedly ex-boyfriend from god knows when. auntie rosa denies to death telling everyone that she doesn't know the guy... unfortunately my mom said otherwise. my mom said, yeah, i remember him, he was a dance instructor! they also discussed about their older brother and how strict he was to them (and how my lolo wasn't that strict at all.)

interestingly, i find it weird that my uncle was a lot more conservative than our lolo.
we called it a night, and i went to sleep beside tep.
at around 8am, sunday, tep woke me up. we went to home depot and bought stuff for their new house there. i went home around noon-time to do the job that rosalynne gave. when i showed up at home, everybody greets me a happy birthday. i thanked them and proceeded with the job. at around five i left for rosalynne's and gave her the finished job. she gives me a new one. i headed off to tep's and we met up at wal-mart. i drove with her to her place to check her dsl connection, it wasn't up yet. i suggested that she use dial-up temporarily. i left when she went to church. i arrived home and ate dinner with my family. i sped through rosalynne's job and finished at around nine. i went to sleep right away.
i woke up at around 2am today. jumped out from my bed and checked the time. it was only 2am... so i went back to sleep.
at around 4 am, i woke up again.
then at 5:30, i stood up finally then started our coffee maker. i did some emails while drinking coffee then proceeded to shower.
i left for work at 6:15am.
