Projects Down the Road

1. AngelicFall 5
2. Twit's HomePage (with Twit)
3. Hamster Records/BlondeWigs homepage

Will write up the project requirements as soon as I have time. lol, whenever that is. haha

Project Requirements Structure/Docs:

  1. Cover Page - Self Explanatory
  2. Project Fundamentals - Basically an Abstract or Project Overview of what a client wants on their page
  3. Projected Timeline - Timing is everything, need to follow time lines to complete project.
  4. Projected Costing
    • Projected Basic Costs - basic cost such as domain name, server space, etc.
    • Projected Project Time - projected time it takes with my normal hourly wage.
    • Projected Total Cost of Project - Self Explanatory
  5. Basic Structures
    • Flowchart - every programmer and/or webpage designer needs one, it helps a lot. (unless it's a basic page of ONE).
    • Page Linking - Somewhat a cross reference on which page links to who, and how to give it space for growth (couldn't lock it, but somehow, xml appears to be the easiest to update links throughout the page).
    • Basic Coding Descriptions - Self Explanatory
  6. Server/Online Requirements - What's needed, ie Domain Name, Server Space, etc.
  7. Language Requirements - What's needed
    • html - Basic, almost required to all homepages.
    • xml - advanced scripting, someone an easier version of sgml
    • Java - advanced programming, for more advanced graphics, etc.
    • Javascript - advanced scripting, needed for some effects
    • and/or Flash - self explanatory
  8. Software Requirements - sorry don't want to put their names, i hate it if my stats brings me results that are related to these.
    • Ad0b3 Ph0+05h0p - Everyone Know why this is required.
    • Macr0m3d1a Dr3amw3av3r - for the HTML/SGML/XML/Java/Javascript Codings
    • N0tepad - Believe it or not, i still think it's a good tool
    • M$ W0rd - For Documentation
    • M$ V1s10 - Planning
    • Flash Program - I haven't decided if I need to use Macr0m3dia's Flash Program or others.
  9. Advanced Requirements
    • Detailed Flowchart - more detailed.
    • Advanced Coding - a run on coding for each flowchart process
    • Graphics Base - listing of images that needs to be linked and/or shown and/or called for.
  10. Costing/Timeline Report
    • Actual Basic Costs
    • Actual Project Time
    • Actual Timeline
    • Actual Total Cost of Project

As far as documentation goes, I usually do this in M1cr0$0ft W0rd. I am looking for my M$ V1s10 CD (probably next month or so) to plot out requirements. If this wouldn't work, I'll try MS P0w3rP0int. oh well, I'll know when I actually start. No dates on actual starting yet.
