Correction
it is not Pompeii Disease (I apologize), i hate myself for making such mistake, especially that my nephew has it, and nobody told me about the correct spelling, nor i did research.
here's the correction:
Pompe's Disease - glycogen storage disease due to deficiency of a lysosomal enzyme that hydrolyzes glycogen to glucose. Death usually occurs in the first year of life. The heart is an important site of excess glycogen deposition causing severe cardiomegaly and heart failure. Asymmetric glycogen deposition in the ventricular septum can mimic hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. Chest X-ray demonstrates severe cardiomegaly in the neonatal period. Echocardiography reveals markedly thickened myocardium and hypokinesis. - from Pompe's Disease Definition at Medcyclopaedia Standard as provided by General Electric's Healthcare Branch
